Per CEO of Ashton. 1)Phase I will be complete in another week or two. Phase II is being implemented now as we integrate clearing firms into the system. Once the clearing integration is established for 8 clearing agents, we can then place another 15-25 brokers and institutions into the system in Phase II. You will not see volume pick up until Phase III. 2)We have applied for NMS and are considering other alternatives. 3) With respect to when other trading systems would be launched....Prior to our fiscal year, March 31, 2000, the answer is yes.
