Cobie, final wrap-up to clients going out tonight: Not exactly “irrational exuberance,” but he seems to be laying the groundwork for his biography. I can see it now, “I tried to warn them, but they just wouldn't listen.” Of course, if Edmund Morris takes on the task of recounting Mr. G's reign it could come out quite different. It's very hard to believe that the market (more accurately, the market's leadership) will be able to hold up much longer under the weight of rising rates and a weakening dollar. Aggressive traders should continue to use any bounces as opportunities to put on or add to short positions. Investors should simply remain patient. Il sont partis!
