Finding what the problem is (by dialing in to the Dell site) provides half the solution at 1/2 the cost of sending service men out to a site to fix an unknown problem. But there is plenty of work for IT people to get systems or configurations to 'talk' to each other. Service should not be a growth area for Dell except that they will be producing such a much greater quantity of systems (like servers and storage) in the future. Sig
