If Lucent is going to be outsourcing much of the work associated with VTSS' chips, it would seem to me that Lucent's inventory isn't a major issue for VTSS. The inventory of VTSS chips at the contractors would be the key.

Am I off base or splitting hairs?

Hi DL, I don't know if I qualify as an "institution", but I'll be buying for a long time if the price will fall far enough. My current Cash Reserve would last all the way to the low $40s or maybe even the $30s. It would be darned hard for me to get to 100% invested in other words.

I've warmed up the Grill and am ready to fry up some fresh lemming. VTSS has been a great supplier of them in the past.

Best regards, Tom
