GZ, In Case you Haven't Noticed. I'm still in the back seat of your airplane and I left my parachute at the ops center. <g> Actually, I went about 98% cash last week after two really stupid trades in July and August, and felt I just needed to observe for a time. While climbing the wall of worry, I believe that it is not the known factors that obliterate a bull market, but the surprise factor. IMHO Mr. G & Co, and the interest rate scenario will not be the factor, but something else, yet to be determined, that threatens the fantastic EPS going into the future. That said, we still need to get thru October and the Y2K hype into the end of the year. Cash will be king going into January. Nonetheless, being a trader at heart, it really is tough to just watch and observe. Berney
