I don't see any bad news there.


Hasn't QCOM always had a lead of months/years for each generation of CDMA ASICs that they develop. Could INTC "do it better" and could they take the lead from QCOM in the development of CDMA ASICs, and take (some) control over setting the direction of where CDMA goes. Or will they be able to flood the market with cheaper ASICs and drive the price down (and royalties with it) faster than a company like DSP could have. Or not.
