Sam,

IMHO, this is not big news. Of course it will work, it's what the advertisers have asked for. I don't hold out much hope for MCNS in the intermediate term concerning a big move up. It's been below 10 for a long time now and shows that there is little interest from the Street. Also, there is the present market climate. That said, it hasn't even been pushed around by traders like some other Net stocks of a similar ilk.

This possible near future event may set you drooling. Do you remember, from CS First Boston on the Physicians Online deal:

>>We anticipate that upon the deal?s close (expected in November) we will raise
our MCNS revenue estimates to approximately $13 million from $6 million for
1999 and to approximately $25 to $30 million from $13 million for 2000. POL's
current revenue run rate is in the $5 million range. We believe that Mediconsult's
track record with large pharmaceutical companies coupled with POL's
physician base should conservatively yield synergies on the new-business-signings
front of $10-12 million next year.<<

A revision on revenues of over 116% for 1999 may do something for the share price.

Maybe.

Cheers,
Bond
