They hurt the liquidity of the stock. It would be nice if there were a secondary offering associated with the move to Nasdaq but the price would have to be much higher before insiders would want to sell. I've heard the borthers say that it would take $40+ to get them to sell any shares and this was when the stock had dipped down to $5 last year.
