Maybe a 5 million share day, but why mostly down? That's my prediction because I've just done what you're never supposed to do: tried to catch a falling knife. I'm in at 43 3/8 (before market on DATEK) and I've already lost 15% in two hours.

Well, we'll see, right?

(Now where did I put those bandaids...)

Thread:
2,075,000 shares traded 35 min into the day. $36 + seemed to bottom. Now $40+ going back up..

rll,

Well, possibly 5 million shares in the hands of new share holders with the stock in the upper $30's to mid $40's.

This is just incredible.

I always thought the Internet would level the playing field by keeping information at the fingertips of all investors, not just the chosen few. The case with SanDisk proves that this is not the case.

What was it like in the old days when you had to communicate via the telephone or wait for stock picks and press releases to come via snail mail???

What did the average investor do then?
