Thanks for reading all of the sordid details and providing your opinion. At this point, SEEK is damned if they do and damned if they don't. Thanks alot Harry!!! Although I own far fewer shares of SEEK than previously, I still plan on voting NO!

Last year when my company was bought (SE bought XNET), I read through the whole proxy. What a load of crap buried in that thing, like automatic options vesting for all of the board members and senior management and details on the golden parachutes for the management team.

SEEK has always needed the muscle and was not in position to do any better. Fundamentals will get a company every time.

But what a run this stock had!
