The question is WHO is selling.
Its certainly not any shareholders, they just learned that their beloved FNTN finally became fully reporting.
Has anyone ever heard of the term "churning" before. I think thats what happened on Tuesday. Its when their is really high volume and no price movement.
I did not read the latest SEC documents, so someone more knowledgeable
can probably answer your question better, however my guess is thats its probably some institutional investor who got a great deal financing FNTN and now their cashing in some of their winnings.
When its over the price will stabilize and hopefully with a little push via a PR from the company, it will head north.
