they could have had 100,001 new subscriptions. however, after waiting 3 months for the service to reach us through media general cable, i opted for dsl. can't get a good answer from the cable co. as to whether they can't keep up with demand or if they're having growing pains. dsl seems to be receiving more notoriety out in the northern virginia area versus cable (justa observation backed up by absolutely no evidence!) still painfully holding onto to cmto, though.
