Thanks for your posts...I have a LT investment in TYCO...glad I held onto my shares until something further developments...the source of this information is rather somewhat suspect.

Terrapin, thanks for info. First class job. I pulled some data on BEARX from prudentbear.com

"The Prudent Bear Fund total return for the three months and twelve months ended June 30, 1999 was -13.4% and -33.2%, and its average annual return since inception (December 29, 1995) through June 30, 1999 was -21.8%."

Looks like I'll be using David Tice as a contrary indicator.
