What you are saying is not incorrect, but that is not applying to what I am saying. Look at your last sentence:
"I think folks tend to gravitate to what works for them". I am not talking about that. In that statement of yours you are making the assumption of different criterias. Keep all the criterias the same except for only time. I am microanalysizing it where your view is macro.

Whats the chances of MSFT of going bankrupt this year, compared to the chances of MSFT going bankrupt in 100 years.
Im only changing the criteria of TIME, nothing else. In your comment you are talking about different type of studies.
