I wouldnt be so sure.

When NETR does ipo, the momo's will come in droves to get their peice of the meat. That wud be enuf to drive the price of NETR (and possibly NAVR) up up up. May plunge later as has happened in most previous ipos. SOme suckerbuys at the top and gets stuck (for life).
