I am not in a position to explain the various job titles at ZiaSun in relation to the filed 10sb. Why don't you e-mail Mr Tobin instead? Regarding press releases being old ones, they look fairly recent to me. Flodyie I also recently received a reply from Mr Tobin to your earlier query about Mr Harris ... Dear Mr Ching, In response to your e-mail, you may inform your sparring partner "flodyie", also known as Floyd Schneider of New Jersey, that I will not enter into debate with him on the matter of ZiaSun Technologies Inc, which is the subject of a lawsuit filed against Mr Schneider and other posters on the Silicon Investor and Raging Bull message boards. However, Defendant Schneider can be assured that I am greatly looking forward to meeting him in court. This also applies to the other defendants, particularly the one who posted threatening messages against my wife and daughter. I wonder if they will have the courage to make threats against an 11-year-old girl and her mother when we meet face to face.
