Another red flag on WIZ-V is that they seem to think putting out a press release stating the PR guy got a raise is newsworthy and will cause the stock to go up up and away. They actually did that like 3 times in a couple of weeks. What's up with that? Do they think we are COMPLETE morons??

I guess it all depends on what "performance" is construed to be...Looks like the company did a couple of deals after that NR and maybe some of the performance shares have been or are being issued...Looks like the share issue is the same on their last NR as compared to the option grant one, but as we all know, that info won't be available until their next set of financials...
