Jan - a quick disclaimer. I am not urging anyone to buy AMZN stock, nor do I think AMZN stock is necessarily a goldmine rather than a booby-trap. I was using AMZN as an example of what a visionary leader (Bezos) can do to enhance shareholder value, and in the process raise enormous capital to fund his empire. The empire may still have feet of clay, if the concept is silly, but at least *part* of the equation is in place. The full equation is Great Manager + Great Business Model = long term shareholder value. I argue NITE has a great business model, but not a great manager (again, in the sense I described in previous posts), while it is possible to argue that AMZN is the opposite. You need both for true satisfaction of criteria for a good long-term investment in a stock!

Good luck!
