Yes, Asia4Sale is a very good web site.

Granted it needs improvements, but those improvements will come as the amount of shops on their site expands. As I understand it, they are pulling on more and more manufacturers on their site on a weekly basis. There were also some concerns here about shipping costs, but they will obviously come down to lower levels as volumes expand with turnover.

I think you people who like to trash Asia4Sale are missing the point. Look at the facility, where it is and what type of manufacturers it has access to. Look in turn at where Asian based manufacturers want to target their expanding customer bases to? Look at on-line retailing and it's non-arguable expansion in Asia. Look at the FUTURE and how such a facility needs to position itself at the beginning?

Let me ask you a question. When a large department store like for example, Nordstrums in San Francisco opened on it's first day. Do you think it was full of people for a whole week? I doubt it. Retail types of facilities take time to build loyal customers and build up their product range, making adaptations along the way. New on-line businesses take time to get going and establish their name too. In the case of Asia4Sale, it takes time to build up a cyberspace shopping mall of hundreds or thousands on manufacturers who in turn have an audience of millions of customers. I for one would like to have a share in such a facility in the early days of it's existence.

I hope this explains things better regarding Asia4Sale.

By the way, I am not over-hyping up Asia4Sale as you may suggest. I am merely saying that in the long term it's a great business in the right place that is taking it's place in the future on how people will shop.

Frank Ching.
