Good points. I had a friend who lived in Palmetto and I couldn't believe how cheap he lived. And I'd bet you don't have to put salt on the roads in winter.

The fellow that I knew cleaned up by accident. He was forced into being a small car dealer when they weren't popular. Then came the oil crunch. People were bidding on Volkswagons and Toyotas. Sticker be damned.
