Hi John,,..Re:.Bought in today at 89 3/4...after following Tyco for close to a year Congratulations John, good entry. Also got in several weeks ago after watching a long time but my buy was at 100 and change.<g> (might buy more and average down) <g> I think the report was a bunch of crock as well and look forward to the earnings coming out on the 18th. Can't see a problem unless it's something in one of the purchased businesses that the auditors overlooked. Seems highly unlikely though. Maybe Chuzzie will come out of hiding or retirement and evaluate the 10-k when it comes out.<g> Miss his common sense and educated analyses.<g> Best, Lee
