Actually, as part of the termination settlement between USW and GBLX (with QWST's agreement to give up FRO), USW paid GBLX $140M in cash and 2,231,076 of GBLX stock. In addition, QWST loaned USW $140M and agreed to buy $140M in services from GBLX. The termination terms between USW/QWST simply makes USW whole.

Ohh, you're right though in that USW still owns a bunch of GBLX shares.

OT i remember you from the AMTX days. what ever happened to Pat?
