Okay..AUDC and EFFI needed this correction. A good entry is important, but even if its not precise when these two excellent companies recover, they should fly more. Investors are not 'buy and hold' forever any longer.. When they capture a profit of the size of AUDC and EFFI, they sell figuring they will get back in at a lower price. Notice how the strong stocks will sell off after earnings but the strong stocks that have corrected a bit (i.e. EMLX) before earnings and let out some 'air' will move higher.

Either way holding through earnings is no longer necessary as you could usually get in if you need to the morning after the report, or a few mornings later if a stock with a good report is down (i.e. ETEK). I held calls on INTC through earnings and lost the entire 2k position. The stocks don't gap up after good earnings as much as they used to. They hesitate a bit and allow entry (i.e. EMLX)
