f: Let's just say you don't smoke. <ggg> Yeah, I saw Dennis, too. I love TYC and I'm inclined to believe him over David Tice, but I wouldn't be a buyer of TYC here. The words "accounting irregularities" are enough to scare the bejesus out of anyone. Herb Greenberg was all over this last night pointing out that Tice was the first analyst to question Sunbeam's accounting practices and that Al Dunlap (a much-respected CEO up until then) came out swinging (just like Dennis) saying nothing was wrong. We all know how that ended. Additionally, the Market seems verrry weak to me. I've contemplated buying AMZN and YHOO, but my track record this week has been pretty sucky. We'll see. Are you still holding your buys from the other day? K
