Lieutenant!!! THANK YOU MA'AM! Never been a Oscifer before...always had to work for a living...but you can bet, I'll do the best darn job you've ever seen! Noted that new local is at OpsHeds discretion (of course), and recommending new designation "Area 909". Perimiter patrolled by NYC-native guards should provide excellent security, and augmentation by Wianaie "bruddah's" should provide total lockdown possiblity with very little notice by the local population (although cases of SPAM might need to be covertly imported). Plan Bravo-909 implemented. Received shipment of reverse-reflective, tinted-polarized glasses with the subliminal enhancement option, and will distribute to all other FieldOps (thanks for this responsibility).
