Anyhow, I got this from the website: Current shares outstanding are 351.4 million Thanks for your help and I will try to be more diligent next time... <gg> Carlson is a great site. Thanks for reminding me. I use to consult them all the time but this time, I got the NR from MyTrack. They did not have the nice table that Carlson offers. I know see where you guys got your info from! This is what happens when I don't play CDN stocks too much lately. I forget the DD sites for CDN stocks and try to find the same info from other another site. Anyhow, thanks for the info and help ! CK.
