FM, did you bother to look over the Stratton Oakmont situation? Those people operated for years and years while being scrutinized. It just isn't true that the absence of regulatory action proves that something is legal. BTW, I'm not commenting one way or the other on whether TJ is within the bounds of the securities laws.
