As for foundry capacity, recall that after the MSM2300, Intel no longer was a fab for QCOM. This is not an issue. It is all IBM and Taiwan Semi now.

Yes thanks for that post as I was under the impression that INTC was no longer a fab for Q! I'm reading on the other thread a lot of concern for Q regarding INTC buying DSP, so here's 2 questions if you please:

1) Doesn't DSP pay a licensing fee to design and build chips, with the purchaser of said chips paying a royalty to Q??

2) Why would this change with INTC owning DSP, regardless of renegotiations of new contract; meaning Q recieves no matter what?

If I'm wrong please correct me, but it seems to still be a win/win situation.
