If I buy a stock, and tell everyone to buy it because of false information on some upcoming deal, or give an opinion that it's extremely undervalued. If, in doing this, the intention is to MANIPULATE the price so that I can sell into it with a clear profit, then I am breaking the law. That is what TJ is doing and has been doing in his SA group. He is in clear violation of SEC Laws as well as being very unethical. Despite the fact he gives a disclaimer in his web page, denying that he is recommending to buy or sell, it does not protect him, because that, in fact, is what he is doing. Cheers. Yields.
