MonsieurGonzo: I recently relocated to Dallas from the San Francisco area. I lived in a very nice little town on the peninsula.

I too believe the housing market in Texas is approaching another watermark. Oddly enough, I am in the process of building a new house. Hopefully it will be ready Feb/March of 2000.

I think "real estate" may be topping out over the next two years in Texas. I hope I don't pay a price, but my wife and I took so long deciding where to build I really don't care...<g> I will just be happy to get into the house.

Good luck, I think you still have some time...

Regards,
LG
