Hi Darrell,

I agree with you that on the business side this is not an issue as service is handled by onsite help or a 'help desk'. Sure people can be trained to use the internet, but I'll bet that people will be more likely to pick up the phone and have DELL do the slogging for them rather than do it themselves. Most of the new computer users I have installed systems for have a hard time determining how to set/change the phone number for internet access in the properties panel. I have a very hard time seeing these folks doing anything BUT picking up the phone at the first sign of a problem.
