Gary, Why would INS people go to KPMG? They are not publicly traded and if they were, they would not be classified as hot because of the size and scope of all of their business area. So they get a couple k of stock options that won't ever be worth the shares that they are giving up. Most of the INS guys have equity that is worth a nice chunk of change and will not be able to regain that anytime soon by leaving for any of the big players.
