Joe Copia. Greetings. Bet you are looking forward to those marlin. Hope you get the big one. Just couple thoughts:

I know you like VMAX and you know how big a fan I am.

Strange...yesterday had another big volume spike, with price reflection and pullback with about 50% reported Institutional trading.

today, the stock is down .05 on about 90%+ I trades... crazy. Wonder if a bank is on accumualting?? It doesnt seem that ratail action drives the price much lately? Or, starting to wonder if Autex is genrating wrong trade descriptions.

Anyway... this is obviously a long term hold that seems to be having more spikes and activity but becoming more intersting each month, or should I say every time they tell us a little more.

We dont need any hype here as the company is tight lipped, but I just wanted to raise some issues and keep us on our toes.

good luck and safe travels

Received this e mail on ISRI from their new IR company-

INTERNATIONAL STAR, INCORPORATED

International Star, Inc. (OTCBB:ISRI) core business, distribution of automatic vehicle location devices, has been expanded to develop a vehicle information system that supports a myriad of in-vehicle devices. The company specifically focuses on event-based GPS technology, which combines basic GPS location with custom applications such as temperature readings, vehicle event status, and other such information via the internet. This explains the saying "because location is not enough" and tells of the specific benefits ISRI can lend to your company. In addition to the QWICKTRACK © business, International Star, Inc. also holds significant mining assets in Northern Arizona.

THE COMPANY

QWICKTRACK © Systems use global positioning satellites (GPS) to track any type of moving vehicle on a real time basis. What makes QWICKTRACK © so unique, is the ability to economically design and implement this technology to fit the unique needs of consumer and commercial users. QWICKTRACK © doesn?t require exotic hardware and software, in fact, exisiting computer systems can be integrated into this technology using the AVLIS © System. High end commercial users can track up to 128 events in real time that are specific to a particular type of business. QWICKTRACK © can provide real time data such as vehicle location, miles driven, load weight, engine performance and travel speed.

QWICKTRACK © has been extensively tested in the Los Angeles Basin area with a leading trucking company. The system successfully delivered the exact location of each truck, and its speed, in real time, several times each minute.

QWICKTRACK © has extensive applications within the consumer marketplace. This economical system can be used to track a vehicle?s location, speed and more. CNBC reported that most mobile and car phones will have GPS capability by 2003, creating an enormous potential market for QWICKTRACK ©.

Online Vehicle Tracking (OVT) is the latest in vehicle tracking technology. Combining the best of global positioning technology, custom event based automatic vehicle location, and internet technology, online vehicle tracking is the wave of the future for internet as well as ISRI. International Star, Inc. is at the forefront of this technology. Seven years in development, automatic vehicle location technology can make your vehicle/fleet one of the first in the world to take advantage of what some have called the first real use of the internet as it was intended.

With OVT, a client can equip his vehicle/fleet or group with ISRI tracking equipment, then access the information gathered from the units at a web browser anywhere in the world. Literally at the click of a button, an client/employer can know the whereabouts and custom status information of some of their most valued investments, their vehicles. Law enforcement personnel and other life savers can experience versatility never experienced before by freeing themselves from the restraints of a single base station with access to their location.

Joe, check out POPM. PopMail.com an affinity based email marketing and ecommerce company just signed an exclusive marketing agreement with the NBA to sell merchandise and tickets. Company has assembled an 'A' team to expand company and promote the stock. Looks highly undervalued at $2 per share. It's already on the Small Cap. This looks like a real winner.

ANYI making a come back, up 25% today and yesterday, new management (got rid of SEC investigated Sitra and Yost), and new plan to lock up shares and decrease float. Only the die-hard followers of the stock are taking advantage right now, good opportunity to jump in before bigger moves follow IMO.
