More questions to add to the test: - How often do you refresh the screen to see if there is something in your inbox? how many times/hour do you refresh the same thread to check if there are any new posts? As a former chat (hanging head in shame) and msg board addict I can sympathize with all of you. I had to hit bottom before I started on the path to recovery... and those were some dark, dark, days. best of luck, enam :) PS - If you remember using Mosaic (the precurser to netscape) and can recall the Yahoo directory when it was just some college kids homepage, then you've been at this way to long.
