Well, there goes the theory that N-arms will reduce defense expenditure. India will now have to spend more on conventional weaponry because of the heightened tensions in the region caused by the N-arms race that they have unleashed, and also on nuclear weapons, now that Pakistan (and maybe soon, possibly other countries in the region) not only has N-weapons but also has adopted a doctrine of "first strike if our security is seriously threatened". Way to go, India!<g>
