William - the Nasdaq hit an all time high just on Monday. If we get more hints of inflation and threats of further interest rate hikes, even though the Nasdaq has fallen the last two days, I don't see how you can say that it's already priced in.

this market seems to have discounted plenty of bad news.

Ummm, the NASDAQ composite has a combined P/E of around 150. Doesn't look like it's discounted the bad news yet, at least not to me.
