BillyG, I wouldn't say that SNDK's guidance on the "impact" was any more or less severe than what Altera said. SNDK is down today because they missed their numbers AND their margins decreased. SNDK said they would not see any impact on earnings (if any) until MAYBE Q1, 2000 - and MAYBE, due to supply constraints, prices would rise.

Look, the bottom line: This whole quake thing has been COMPLETELY OVERBLOWN. The Street had one clown (DREW PECK) who basically has put his career on the line with his alarmist call. I can't think of any other analyst who has said anything but "MINIMAL" effect - at the most.

At the very least, we can now all see what venom those Japanese executives were spitting.

Let's keep in mind folks, CUBE has lost 15% of its market cap. due to this balderdash.
