Good questions AJ....Fletcher also is paying
a minimum of 9 1/4 for its
1.3+ million shares.

I do believe they presume a rise in price for NAVR significantly above this base before they sell and hedge.

RE: current analysis. Look at the stock price before the IPO run (2-4) range. Considering that NETR might add at most 2-4 (and possibly 0), NAVR price does not look healthy. They have done better over the last year but there is virtually no credibility to give this a better PE so 6 does not sound unreasonable in the short term.

With that said, I was hoping to dump before the IPO but missed the run to 15. Hedged with some puts yesterday but still taking a bath.
