I have concluded that the Dow Jones overlay graph of 1987 vs 1999 is not a predictor of a correction. All it reveals is two markets rising in parellel where one corrected (historically) and one has not. One could have set the overlay of 1987 vs 1998 and also assumed we would have crashed last year. All imho.
