briand, Most of the people that I know will put up with less than ideal conditions in order to vest Yes, many will. But there are always those that are willing to wing it in an IPO. After all...that's where all the big bucks are being made these days... you and I both are witness to that. :-) It just surprised me to see 100% retention mentioned in the press when I keep hearing that engineers and consultants have left. But then, I could be getting fed a line of bull. Maybe I'm too gullable.. OG
