Hi,

Yes, you will be able to use Discover. The present threshold portfolio size for MSDW to consider you as "worthy" to place and IOI is a minimum of $100,000 in your account. This is a grossly undemocratic change from just last summer, when I was able to IOI on RBAK without even having an MSDW account. Though I did have a special relationship with the local broker, which made all the difference. In that instance, I was "permitted" to buy 50 shares, which I declined because it was such a small odd lot quantity. Oh, well. I forget who the co-managers are on the deal. One other fact about IPOs is that Schwab requires you to have a $500K balance with them before they will consider you "worthy".

The S1-A will list the co-managers. The information is also available on several sites, including Ostman's.

I will not IOI.

Good Luck, Ray
