My husband works for a small co that is in direct competition with one of Tyco's divisions...he emailed me from SE Asia this morning and told me to BUY...so I added to our position.

When all the dust settles...then we'll know if we made a great buy or...

Historically, the best way to play this type of guessing situation is with an options stradle because the truth will be known soon and the stock will move swiftly.
