That's what I want to know, maybe this will get you started... sec.gov That's Fletcher International, Cayman Islands, as in Fletcher Asset Management. Note, there was no waiting period on this conversion. They rushed it to market so Fletcher could play the NETR IPO. It was a setup under the pretext of a credit facility for Navarre. If Navarre has to stoop to this level to raise cash, things must be really bad. For the record, NAVR was down 2-1/8 today, on 23.5 million shrs that's over a $47 million loss in market cap.
