I don't know if this is what Bruce was referring to with his ticking clock, but non-reporting OTC:BB companies must begin reporting or they will be delisted from OTC:BB and trade on the pink sheets. The requirement for reporting is being phased in based on alphabetical order of the ticker symbol. I believe GPGI has until December to become a reporting company or they will be delisted. If I owned shares, I would be trying to find out whether GPGI has a plan to comply.
