Hehehe...well...that is a good question. As well as would be the chain of custody of samples to be tested. How about an independent lab or assayer? ''

Well HABER is a historical procrastinator in the ultimate sense of the word. I also checked that EMP process and it has been around longer that HGP and it is being procrastinated.

Orex does NOT have an exclusive and frankly, as I have been saying for a while now and since I been this stock, an exclusive would only help the HABE shareholders. Because Orex only has an agreement Orex can capitalize on other cyanide free processes as well. Tim Hall brought this out not to long ago and I fully agree with him on that expanded avenue. PLUS that HGP is not what OreX is about. They are merely going to see if after 10 years the HGP will work in a commercialized application. That's it!

I am pretty sure it will work pretty good. But there is always another process that could be more envirnomentally and cost effective since this is a chemical based industry should HGP not work. Heck there maybe another process that is far better than HGP considering it is 10 years old.

One thing though, Orex is getting attention and doors appear to be opening for OREX. I am still waiting on the Vanadium mine to be acquired also. Which has nothing to done with HGP.

I would venture to say that the new pending acquistions are probably affiliates of the Santa Maria just guessing. People in business do tend to bring other affiliates to the table.

IF Haber was to do more deals then a conflict of interest might occur as far as I am concerned. I do not like HABE and the stock structure is too extreme to have no assets, acquistions or anything like that stock was issued for. Plus in my experience you do not bank money on intellectual property especially one that is not or cannot be patented and the inventor is a major historical procrastinator in my opinion.

Doing some research Tim is exactly correct in the other processes. Not to mention these other processes do not have a procrastinator behind them.

I called this morning and the mining is underway and they are gearing up for the milling. However they still have not recieved the formula from HABER. I would have thought the formula would have been out there with Haber chomping at the bit to finally get his process proved in a commerical application. I have read where some think Haber is a genius. Yeah he is becuase HABE stock structure in increasing. Nothing like capitalizing on intellectual property especially one that has never been proven in the field in a commercial application. HABE shareholders are not figuring it out yet but if HGP does not work they got nothing but Orex can do whatever to generate revenues as the end user. HABE in the meantime will get more and more diluted ... IMO.

In the meantime Orex is moving forward and are awaiting the formula ... The more I learn the more I am understanding why you do not invest in the inventor because you only have the one scenario and in HABE's case that is the HGP or that other mystery EMP. Whereas investing in OREX your investment has numerous options for generating revenues.

What if the HGP does not work? Orex should have a back up, which as Tim has stated, there are a few back ups. When I talked to Orex I asked about this one valid point Tim amde. they are aware of this and have been approach with other processes so they apparently are ready with a replacement should HGP not work. They are spending a lot of money getting everything up and going just to be nailed if the HGP does not work. Backups are needed in any industry ... its called CYA. So I have to thank Tim for that little bit of information which adds to my secure warm and fuzzy feeling on holding this stock for a longer term.

I have researched Blackburn also and he is extremely reputable in this industry. A procratinator he is not, he is a doer. This is why I am not in any hurry to sell one share of this stock. Plus I have not caught Orex in a lie to date. By the way the DTC now shows the float, which is 18,049,225, so all certificates have been deposited.

This weekend I will be doing an oversell summary of the trading.

Oh well, I am basically very pro on Orex and not real impressed with HABE. But HABE was a great MOMO though.

Orex putting out their reserves is not important to me but more so the way they are building this business slowly without a bunch of hype and bizarre figures of guesstimation and from the looks of it, it is being build very solidly ...

No hype or tout nor major dilution, just taking care of business.

:-)
