There is something weird with VECO's chart. Have you noticed on Stockmaster and Bigcharts that there is a large bar down from 50 to under 20 for some day in December? I don't remember this happening, is it an error? Or did someone truely take a huge tax loss and sold at 60% below current (then) market prices? If it wasn't for that trade, we would be hitting a new 52-week low today.

Sorry, I neglected to post that I exited at 27 5/8 for just enough profit to cover my commissions and moved to MU at 66. I have exited that particular MU position, though I still hold some, and have been converting to cash. I will reenter later in the month, though at these prices it sure looks tempting. You could get a bounce tomorrow, but I don't like to be long the last half of October.

Did you see UIS. Beat estimates and down about 45% (I had no position). It's a funny market right now.
