VECO has always impressed me with the quality of their aquisitions, always with good synergy and decent value. We'll see how the stock opens, but now I am more eager to move on my VECO investments.

But why do a stock acquisition at these prices? They have that $50 million in cash from the stock they issued earlier to finance acquisitions....
