Regarding NITE's management, you don't go from zero to being the dominate player in a field with the likes of ML, Goldy, MS, etc etc, and not have a solid management team and a solid business plan. I believe the business plan to be right on, As market volumes grow, so will the revenues and eps. If NITE can gain market share, then that is a double whammey! Look for NITE to move up sharply sometime in 1st and 2nd Qtr. For the short term, be patient and you will be rewarded in the longer term.
