Larry,

I agree with and have since the beginning. I wish they had done a $25M deal earlier, it takes all the uncertainty out and thus should have raised the stock price. As a holder, I wouldn't have minded a little extra dilution for the certainty in the financing.

However, it is still premature, but it does look worse every time they do the drip financing at under $7.
