Short covering tomorrow is going to be fun to watch. Higher short interest than at any other time in the last six months according to the viwes numbers. Very cool!

OOOOh, Very nice. Short ratio was .68 in September. It is probably higher now in October. The first hour of trading in particular should be most interesting. The rats have their backs against the wall and the clock is ticking. This is one deadline they can not push back.

* Ratio = Shares Short / Avg Daily Volume; it may be used as a rough measure of days to cover.
+ monthly data as of settlement on the 15th of each month.
